Pricing

To access the YourIwi system there is a one-off set up fee, and then an ongoing monthly membership fee. You can choose which membership option will best meet your needs.

ONE-OFF FEE: YourIwi membership account set-up, includes:

• Scoping the migration of your existing iwi database
• Migrating your existing database to YourIwi
• YourIwi dashboard set up, including your iwi look and feel and creating administrator access
• Full functionality testing
• Initial administrator training

All fees are exclusive of GST.

The one-off set-up fee starts at $9,000 and varies depending on the size of your database, the complexity of your current system (i.e. how long it takes to migrate to YourIwi), and any custom fields you need. We will scope this and give you a fixed cost before you decide to go ahead.

The Monthly membership fees above are payable through a recurring direct debit or credit card payment, due on the 1st of each month. Please let us know if you choose direct debit from a bank account OR a recurring credit card payment, and we will set this up for you.
