YourIwi was created by Scott Campbell (Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti Pukenga, Te Arawa, Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Porou), founder of Strategicly Consulting, based in Tauranga Moana. The idea for YourIwi came to Scott when he faced the challenge of registering his young children to their iwi. Scott wanted to simplify the process and create a way for whānau to connect with all their iwi in one place. Working closely with a talented team of designers, Scott brought YourIwi to life — a platform designed to make it easier for whānau to engage with and communicate with their iwi.
Strategicly Consulting has been a trusted advisor to iwi and hapū organisations across the motu for over a decade, supporting both pre-and post-settlement initiatives. As a communications company, our focus is on connecting people with organisations, and YourIwi has been developed based on everyday experiences. It’s a tool that helps whānau stay connected to their iwi, no matter where they are.
We do not walk alone though. YourIwi has been tested with kaumātua, and we always take advice from iwi on what suits their tikanga and needs.
